For companies with a turnover in excess of the threshold and other regulated businesses an audit is a statutory necessity. However, we believe that significant benefits can be gained from an annual audit and these are as important as complying with the regulatory requirements. Using the information revealed by the audit we can identify areas of risk or weakness in management systems or controls and recommend action on improving the efficient running of the business.

For smaller companies that do not require an annual audit we provide an accounts preparation service which includes preparing and submitting your annual tax return and calculating your tax liability as well as dealing with all correspondence from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC)
